Welcome to this house near Montuïri, one of the rural areas of Mallorca, which has been renovated in 2015. It is a 100 m2 house situated on an 11,500 m2 plot. Most of the furniture and household equipment are brand new. It is tastefully decorated and has two bedrooms, one double and one triple. The triple room has a double bed and a single bed, which is located in a room adjacent to the main one. In this triple room, there is space for a crib if necessary. The double room is equipped with a single bunk. In the house you will find a bathroom with shower. This property is ideal for a holiday with family or friends.

The kitchen is very practical, and it is equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, including an electric stove. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The large living room is an ideal relaxing meeting place, and is ideal for long after-dinner conversations, with direct views to the terrace and pool through its large windows. The dining-room area is composed of a large Majorcan table with a large sitting area around it. The space dedicated to relaxation and TV also has very comfortable sofas. The pool of 7.5 x 3.5 meters, will help you cool off. At the same time, if you prefer to sunbathe, there are hammocks that will allow you to rest. In the courtyard entrance to the house, you can enjoy a small porch to relax and unwind. But, if what you prefer is cooking a good barbecue, there is a mobile one so that you can use it in the most suitable location of the property. Certainly, you won’t be able to escape the temptation to cook practical and delicious dishes.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years old, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay.
