Set within a lively holiday complex, the area centres around a charming piazza – a social hub offering a variety of shops and essential services. Here, you'll find bars, ice cream parlours, delicatessens, supermarkets, newsstands, tobacconists, boutiques with Sardinian crafts, clothing stores, and a laundry service – everything you need for a relaxed and carefree stay.
One of the main highlights of the location is its proximity to the beach, which is just a short walk away. The area is ideal for water sports enthusiasts, with opportunities for windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, diving, and snorkelling. For those who prefer activities on land, tennis, horse riding, and golf are also available nearby. The accommodation is situated close to, but independent from, the adjacent Sporting Hotel – just around 100 metres away. Access to the swimming pool (located at the Sporting Hotel) is included. Please note that the use of apartment towels is not permitted, and wearing a swimming cap is mandatory.
This first-floor three-room apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests, with the possibility of 2 additional beds on a double sofa bed in the living room. It includes a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with two fixed single beds arranged in an L-shape and one pull-out bed. The living area features a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. A covered veranda with sea view, furnished with a table and six PVC chairs, offers a pleasant outdoor space for relaxing or dining. The apartment is equipped with practical amenities such as a fridge, shower, private bathroom, kitchenette, crib (on request), wardrobe, and a comfortable living area.
The property provides a variety of services, including pet-friendly accommodation, bar, restaurant, family rooms, garden, Wi-Fi, laundry service, mini club, parking, and access to a shared outdoor pool located outside the main building.
