It has a reception with a living room, wi-fi area, lifts, laundry, and an ironing room. The 40 apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, telephone, safe, satellite TV, microwave, some with frontal or lateral sea view (with supplement).
